Terms and Conditions for the Scottish Gamekeeper’s Association (“SGA”) online shop purchase.

Acceptance of Orders
All orders received are subject to acceptance by The Scottish Gamekeepers Association and we reserve the right to reject any order without giving reasons. No contract to supply goods or services to you will come into existence unless we dispatch goods or provide services to the purchaser or otherwise communicate to the purchaser our acceptance of an order.

Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled up to day of dispatch, when a full refund will be credited. For online purchases the customer has the right to cancel an order up to seven days after receipt of goods. Where this right is exercised you will be refunded the full amount minus any goods which cannot be resold or damaged as well as carriage charges incurred. All goods must be returned in good condition. We aim to provide the refund within seven days on receipt of returned goods, less any charges as stated above, once the goods have been returned. Notification of cancellation must be in writing - letter or email. Please see details below. Cost of return to be paid by the customer.

Force Majeure
Whilst every effort will be made to meet customers’ demands, cancellations or variations may be necessary as a result of an Act of God, War, Strike, Lockout, Labour Dispute, Fire, Flood, Drought or other causes beyond the control of The Scottish Gamekeepers Association . If attempted delivery is not made within an acceptable time, then the customer may cancel the order. We suggest that this is over seven days for UK mainland.

Law
These terms and conditions and all acts of The Scottish Gamekeepers Association, its Directors and employees shall be in the accordance of the laws of Scotland. Nothing in these terms and conditions affects your statutory rights.

Security
You can be confident when you enter Your Account with your email address and password, that all your information in the Checkout and Payment area will be fully encrypted using the latest Stripe security technology. All data sent to our server and the data returned to you is encrypted to prevent unauthorized persons viewing your details. We will never contact any customer to request payment details or login information for their account. You should contact our customer service team immediately if this information is requested by any person or entity claiming to be acting on behalf of the SGA.

VAT and Duty
These apply at the current rate at the time of invoicing. Delivery Details – All items sent with Royal Mail Postal Service. Accurate addresses and signature for receipt of gift Please ensure all addresses are accurate to include postal town and postcode, together with recipient’s telephone number. Inaccurate addresses will inevitably cause delay and incur an additional delivery charge. We are unable to deliver to BFPO and PO Box numbers. Our liability is limited to delivery to the building, not individual recipients. We cannot accept any responsibility for items delivered to the incorrect address if incorrectly entered by the customer.

Next Day Delivery
We will always try to despatch to you for delivery the next day. This is clearly subject to stock availability. Orders received on a Friday, will be posted out during working hours on Monday. Northern Ireland, The Scottish Highlands and all offshore islands are a two day service with surcharges as listed below.

Christmas Delivery
We guarantee Christmas delivery to all UK mainland addresses for all orders received up to midnight on Sunday 15th December 2019, providing someone is available to receive the gifts. Any orders received after this date will be subject to availability, which we will confirm. Christmas deliveries final dispatch day will be the 16th December 2019

Prices
UK Mainland deliveries throughout the UK will all be charged depending on weight of the item 0 – 60g – 61p, 61-199g - £1.73 and 200g+ £3.48 any parcel up to a weight of 2kg. When packed over this weight the Scottish Gamekeeper Association will contact you regarding additional postage charges. These prices are subject to variation and will be confirmed at time of purchase.
Including Northern Ireland & Scottish Western Isles, Guernsey, Eilean Siar (Outer Hebrides), Isle of Anglesey, Isle of Wight, Isles of Scilly; Jersey; Orkney Islands; Shetland Islands.

Claims for loss or damage
Delivery services have significantly improved in recent years, so in the unlikely event of damage or loss in transit, we will replace the damaged contents or gift immediately free of charge providing the following:

• The goods are signed for upon receipt as damaged or have been refused because of obvious damage
• The courier and ourselves are informed at once and it is confirmed by the recipient to us in writing within a reasonable time of delivery quoting the reference number on the parcel. Any damage which cannot be seen from the outside must be notified to The Scottish Gamekeepers Association in writing within 7 days.
• Damaged goods must be retained for inspection and it may be required that they be returned to us at our expense before replacement or refund.
• All claims must be submitted within a reasonable time. Our couriers recommend a maximum of fourteen days.
• Returned goods must clearly show the full name, address and telephone number of the sender.
• We cannot accept responsibility for the wrong order or non-delivery, resulting from incorrect information or addresses being provided.
