Members should make themselves aware of the General Licences for 2023 which have been published today (Dec 21st) by licensing body, NatureScot.
The licences are the same as those issued in January 2022 but will be kept under review.
There will be a wider species licensing review in 2023 which may see changes to NatureScot’s licensing approach. This is part of the Bute House agreement between Scottish Government and the Greens.
